Asphalt

ASPHALT RESURFACING

Asphalt resurfacing involves the installation of a layer of asphalt onto the old pavement. It will give new life to your asphalt. To do this, the granular foundation must be of good quality.

SEALING APPLICATION

Sealant on asphalt acts both as a protection and as an adhesive. Applying the sealant helps the asphalt regenerate and extends its longevity.

Turf Cell

GRAVEL CELL

Grass/gravel cells are an alternative to asphalt, cement and unistone. This environmentally friendly and easy to install product is made of recycled materials, and we can fill it with grass, decorative stones or gravel. The cell system allows water to drain and infiltrate naturally into the ground. You can park your car on it without any problem!

Mini-Excavation

In general, for new asphalt or extensions, the soil must be excavated and replaced with gravel. The gravel must then be compacted in a respectable amount of time before the work can be done. Elite Paving is able to do this small excavation work when necessary. We will dig up to 12 inches deep to put back new gravel and ensure that your base is durable. After a few weeks, our team will come and finalize the work with asphalt paving.

CRACK

REPAIRS

Crack repair is done by applying hot rubber in existing cracks. For more minor cracks, a simple application of sealant should be sufficient to seal them and prevent water infiltration. Your representative will tell you which procedure is best for your needs.

Pressure Washing of Paving Stones

Over time, interlocking paving stones can accumulate debris, moss and oil stains, which not only deteriorate their appearance, but can also make surfaces slippery and dangerous. 


At Pavage Élite, we use specially adapted pressure-washing techniques to thoroughly clean without damaging your paver. The original shine of your paving stone is guaranteed to be restored thanks to our process!
