Complete Asphalt Work

Is your asphalt too damaged for a simple repair? Pavage Élite tears out the old surface and redoes it from the ground up — foundation included.

  • Removal of existing asphalt
  • Excavation and replacement of the granular base
  • Compaction of the new granular base
  • Installation of a new asphalt layer
  • Residential driveways and commercial parking lots

Asphalt Resurfacing

Asphalt resurfacing means laying a new layer over the existing surface. This option is appropriate when the granular foundation is still in good condition.

Few cracks, no potholes, no heaving — these are the signs of a solid base. It is a more cost-effective approach than a full teardown. Our team assesses the condition of your surface before recommending this option

Asphalt Repair

Potholes, subsidence, degraded sections — targeted asphalt repair can extend the life of your surface without redoing everything.

  • Cutting and removing damaged sections
  • Base preparation and compaction
  • Application of new asphalt over repaired areas
  • Applicable to driveways, parking lots, and sidewalks

Crack Repair

Cracks let water seep into the foundation, which accelerates asphalt deterioration — especially with Montreal's freeze-thaw cycles.

Pavage Élite applies hot rubber into existing cracks to seal the surface. For minor cracks, a sealer application is sufficient. Your representative assesses the most appropriate method based on the condition of your asphalt.

Asphalt Sealer

Asphalt sealer acts as both a protective coating and a bonding agent. It helps the asphalt regenerate and extends the life of the surface. Pavage Élite exclusively uses oil-based sealers — they contain the same properties and components as asphalt.

  • Protection against water, UV rays, and chemicals
  • Regenerating effect on the existing surface
  • Residential and commercial application

Mini-Excavation

Most new asphalt work or surface extensions require prior excavation. Pavage Élite digs up to 12 inches deep to remove the existing soil and replace it with new, properly compacted gravel.

We use equipment suited to tight spaces, which are common in residential areas of Montreal and Terrebonne.

The gravel needs to settle for a few weeks before the asphalt is applied. Our team comes back to complete the paving work once the base has stabilized.

Turf Cell / Gravel Cell

Turf cells and gravel cells are an eco-friendly alternative to asphalt, cement, and interlocking pavers. Made from recycled materials, they allow natural drainage while supporting the weight of a vehicle.

  • Fill of your choice: grass, decorative stones, or gravel
  • Permeable system — water drains naturally into the ground
  • Supports vehicle parking
  • Simple and durable installation

Cement

Pavage Élite handles small cement jobs as a complement to our asphalt services. Step repair, driveway entry repairs, or drain replacement — when cement is part of your asphalt project, we take care of it directly so you don't have to hire a second contractor.

Drain Replacement

We handle storm drain replacement regardless of your property's configuration. Our team performs the mini-excavation, installs the drain in the correct size — available formats range from 1x1 to 4x1 and beyond — then redoes the asphalt surface above for a uniform, functional finish.

Every surface has its needs — we have the solution.
